What we need:
- Digital cameras that have the option of manual settings
- At least 1 lens included
- It needs to work and have batteries and charging cables
- No film cameras please - (we don't have a budget for developing )
If you don't have a camera but still want to help we could use SD cards which are the memory cards that fit in most cameras. If you have one or would like to send one. You can get them at most electronic stores, or the warehouse.

What is it for?
We do not have a definitive answer on how to end teen suicide but what we do have is an idea of where to start.
We are creating a pilot project that It will use photography to teach Emotional Literacy (one of the key components lacking in self harm).
While doing so we will be creating compassionate communities of girls that are able to express themselves authentically and honour and support others girls when they do so as well.
Course Framework
The Wheel of Emotions
developed by Dr. Robert Plutchik. The template we will use to identify the shades of emotions we are feeling.
Grounding - My Safe Place - Where I draw my Strength
Sensing - Being present for our emotions and our senses.
Respecting: Mana and my responsibility to ensure it is used with compassion.
