Monday's during school terms take a 7 week journey through your energy centres learning new ways to improve your mental health.  This is all about collecting resources that will help you to self regulate when things get a bit hairy.

    • where resources are dropped as found weekly
    • youth support each other's wellbeing - supported by a youth worker
    • a daily chat question helps you to become more self aware.
  • For youth Ages 10-24
